Put The Telly On
Its one classic gameshow I have absolutely no idea what is going on but I love the nostalgia. To me it seems to be all about confusing riddles.

This edition of 3-2-1 (is it 1988?)...my goodness..Faith Brown and Nigel Lythgoe in one show, its all too much! Laughing

It looks like a relatively modern series, and indeed doesn't feel like the 321 you come to expect, as everyone expects it to have the 70s feel and be really dated. They gave away a CD player in one episode the other day

It still has a really dated feel... well, Ted Rogers' wig does, anyway.

Krypton Factor 1992 final tonight (Second show) - this is the one where they land a real plane.

I would assume tomorrow they're going back to 1987 again?

I hope they show 1993, they're finally showing series 12 of Bullseye now so anything could happen.

The 1992 series of Krypton ended last night, will they show the 1993 series this time?

I hope Virgin 1 will have the rights to 1993 & 1995.

Eventually turned out to be the 1988 series, not 1989. There is no hope for Virgin 1 if they can't even record the right continuity announcements for Ftn.

Looks like the repeat rights for 1987 series have run out which begs the question of whether this show will remain on any of Virgin's schedules once the repeat rights for 1988-1992 have been used up on Ftn. Unless they want to buy new rights and a bigger year range that is which would probably be better value than renew an existing deal for 75 episodes.

The 1993 and 1995 series of Krypton i defiantly want to see, if they don't appear on challenge of virgin 1 we'll have to rely on youtube.

There's nothing of those series on YouTube.

Really? That's poor if they can't announce the year right!

Also, why do they keep banging on that Melinda Messenger will be guiding another team around the Fort, just before Fort Boyard starts, when it is quite clear that it is Jodie Penfold! It even says "Presented by Jodie Penfold" in the opening titles and shows her picture so there is no room for error. Yet, even though this series has already been shown once on FTN this year and is half-way through a repeat run at the weekends, they still think Melinda Messegner is presenting?

Are the continuity announcements reused from several years ago on FTN?

The continuity announcements on Ftn are now getting beyond a joke.
Even after four and three quarter years, the voice-overs are still cut short on most junctions, not played at all, played in the wrong places or the wrong ones are played. You'd have thought somebody would have cottoned on by now.

Been pretty obvious for a long while now, the continuity announcements are clearly pre-recorded (the only thing that goes out live on that channel now is the Live Roulette) and the announcement seems generic. For all we know it may have originally been recorded before Fort Boyard 2003 was even made and is still in use today.
