Is that the Channel 5 version (with Melinda Messenger) or the Challenge version (with Tom Baker in the Watchtower)?

They may not neccessarilly, that was just me guessing as I thought TVS' archive was with Disney, unless Carlton owned the rights to these episodes in the end?
I'm sure I've seen TVS era episodes repeated, probably during the early years of Challenge. Action Time might have the rights to those early episodes rather than Disney.

Last time I checked, Flextech had the rights to the 1992 series (and obviously 1987-1991) but not 1993 or 1995. You may know there was no series in 1994. Whether the situation has changed since then I couldn't say.
