The endcap said 'A Granada production for Granada Sky Broadcasting', and a 'Part 2' caption added... was this series originally re-versioned for Granada+ or similar?

Hmm, I missed that one, they must have done so, I remember in the early days of Granada Plus, Krypton was often shown, then it moved to Challenge when it's usually seen in it's normal form.

It's nothing new, I've seen some ITV3 programmes that still have the 'Granada Television Production for Granada Sky Broadcasting' endcap attatched to them.

The Great Big Quiz is replacing Big Game TV on FTN from April according to quiztelly.com.

Least its for one of the better ones.

Ftn must be happy with the current evening schedule as it's continuing into April.
The rigmarole of watching Japanese people making arses of themselves, other people squeezing tightly into lycra, Colin Fry and Derek Acorah must be good for the viewing figures to 10pm.

Watching Gladiators in its first series, it's clear that once you've seen one episode, you've seen them all as the games didn't change in the first series - clearly six of the better games of everything that came and went over the years.

According to somebody on Digital Spy, new to Ftn for April:

Catchphrase
Gladiators (already here)
Laid Bare

Catchphrase is, unfortunately, not the Roy Walker era but Nick Weir.

Also, don't forget, The Best of Beadle's About will be showing at weekends from 3.40am to 3.55am for those who come in from the clubs early on Sunday morning!

It's great Catchphrase will be on - shame it's not with Roy Walker initially - presumably, these will be shown later in the year!

FTN just needs to get a big entertainment style programme on at the weekend now like You Bet! and it will be a cracking channel to watch.

Also, I hope Ed Tudor Pole will be on later this year!

Still, good work FTN!!! Very Happy Much appreciated! Very Happy Very Happy

Best of Beadles About was on earlier - didn't see it but what a random choice of programme! Great though.

It's been used as a filler on Challenge for years now.

Things like this annoy me, I wish they'd just put Challenge onto Freeview. Better still, replace FTN for Challenge. Most of what comes from the Bravo strand involves Grub Smith dancing with a naked woman or drunks outside a pub getting arrested!

Their current line up is good, but they need to stop repeating Most Haunted, etc, and start showing new episodes. Hopefully it won't be long until the channel gets a new look...

Most of the current Most Haunted episodes (which is from Series 6) haven't been seen on Ftn before. Prior to Christmas they aired Series 1-3 to death, and since then we've gone through Series 4, 5 and now on 6. Plus the daftly named "Most Haunted Almost Live" on weekends, reruns of the original live episodes which I honestly thought would never be seen on TV again.

I can't wait until they air the recent Most Haunted series without Derek Acorah. For some reason I find the bloke more fake than I ever have before.
