Right, heres one for you!
Where was that studio that Observation Round Treasure Hunt film was recorded at?

The 'proper' Treasure Hunt studio was at the former Limehouse Television studios in the then rapidly regenerating Docklands area of London, so it wasn't there - and it certainally wasn't Granada.

The only studios I can think of just off a high street were the Capital Group studios in Wandsworth. Was I right? It has been bothering me on and off for a couple of years since I first saw the repeat on Challenge. Ta.

The Crystal Maze moves on to series 4 tonight (well, should) with the introduction of The Ocean Zone.

Probably my favourite series - the last with RoB and the first with the Ocean.

It's the first one I remember watching too as I didn't realise about the Industrial zone until they repeated the episodes later in the 90's during The Bigger Breakfast.

Yes - its definitely Series 4 tonight - it has been confirmed on another website that the S.S. Atlantis is rediscovered once again tonight!

I've also read that this will be the final series of The Crystal Maze on FTN for a while as Gladiators will be taking over the slot from Tuesday 20th March. Very Happy

Arrow Which is great!!!

Arrow But I suppose we will have to wait a little longer to see Ed's episodes on FTN... Crying or Very sad

What's the betting they'll show all series 1-4 again before getting around to series 5 & 6!

P.S. I think the fallout between Sky and Virgin should actually be good news for FTN and all Virgin media channels if they're having to make their own channels a selling point of the cable service.

May well do that...

Tomorrow's edition (ie Friday 2nd March) is unmissable if you want to have a good laugh!!! As far as I can remember, the 2nd programme in Series 4 leaves Richard O'Brien in stiches at the end and the team are unforgettable!!! Talk about useless or what!?

Arrow Just watch it and you will know what I mean!!!

(As long as FTN are showing them in order!)

Will do - think I've got a vague idea of what your on about.

Not much introduction of the Ocean zone on tonight's show - but I'm guessing it was probably launched in the Kids Christmas special, which FTN aren't showing combined with the main run.

If this is the episode I think it is:

The team go to the Dome with ONE Crystal. Never was the phrase "led the team from disaster to disaster" more aptly applied.

Does Mumsy (Sandra Caron) appear during Ed Tudor Pole's era?

Series 4 was probably the series at its peak for me.

Nope, she departed along with Richard on the motorbike from the Medieval Zone at the start of the kids special where Ed took over.

Apologies - tonight's show wasn't the exact one I meant - the total of MINUS 66 GOLD TOKENS tonight is probably why it sticks in my mind and why I have confused the 2 episodes - however, it was still pretty funny and a pretty damn useless team.

The one I mean in my original post should be on MONDAY now - they even outdo tonight's competitors!!! Very Happy
