I was thinking who Annie would know in the village and it seems she only knows Turner and Pollard plus of course the Sugdens

Even though they have never appeared together on screen before, she would know Edna and possibly Betty, as both were known off screen before they became regulars.

As the Dingles have been in the village a lifetime she would know them, at least Zac.

Do you mean Corrie? I totally agree.

No Emmerdale. Steve was producer at Corrie from late 2005- late 2007/early 2008. Are you saying you agree that Steve was a good producer on Corrie?

Annie will definately know Edna as I remember Edna referring to her a long way back. And of course the Dingles have lived there for years just werent seen on screen until around 1994.

I'm confused. Confused Who was before Steve at Corrie then?

Anyway, lovely ending to Emmerdale tonight. What a fitting tribute.

I thought tonight's tribute episode was very well done. It was really nice to see Robert and Annie back again after all this time... the original music at the end was a lovely touch too (no interruptions either!)

It was a great tribute to Clive Hornby in tonights episodes - loved the original Emmerdale Farm theme at the end too.

Tony Wood was before Steve.

My thoughts exactly!

Seeing the late Clive Hornby at the graveside and then the original theme (funny how that theme fits the sweeping countryside far much better than the current one!)

Stunning episode, even the little touchs of Robert avoiding the the main service and sniffing the feed were throw backs to the 1st episode in 1972 when Jack returned for Jacob's funeral.

As to hear the original "Farm" music again, I agree it fits well with the current titles. Shame we'll never get that musical arrangement back on screen full time.

thought the sponsorship crashed into it a bit though

dipped in and out of Emerdale over the years, I can remember Robert being abducted as a little boy, how may years ago was that Confused
