Emmerdale actress Shirley Stelfox dies aged 74

Shirley Stelfox, who plays Edna Birch, has died aged 74.

This is sad news, wonder if we have already seen her final scene or whether she has any pre filmed. Another sad case of a long serving ITV soap actress dying before the character could film an on screen exit.
