Legally that bus is breaking the law. Turns out anything that size is suppose to be low floor, and has been since January. Who know!!

It's not properly legal yet, it's coming in soon...The dates are -

Single deck over 7.5t - 1st January 2016
Double deck - 1st January 2017

Just putting it out there that it's not illegal yet.

What about the smaller one? Ive seen it on Corrie aswell wasn;t anything under 7.5t - 1st January 2015 ?

Anything under 7.5t is now part of the new DDA guidelines, that includes low floors without ramps.

So are the wee mini buses which keep on appear in Emmerdale and corrie breaking the law?

It's not real life, I doubt ITV have someone who is clued up on Bus DDA....

The Corrie minibus is a low floor modern one now by the way, it had a big starring role in the live episode!

It's funny you should mention the bus stop in Emmerdale. A lady from the public wandered onto the set and waited for a bus at the Emmerdale bus stop. xD

Where's the public access? Sounds like a made up tale to me.

Yes, as far as I'm aware the set is fenced off and there's security, so I'm not sure how someone could wander there by accident without knowing!
