Isn't it funny how Eric Pollard went round trashing the shop with a sledgehammer today, but the fridge full of McCain products is untouched?

It's just as funny how prominent that fridge with said products was in the scene in the shop after it had been smashed up. Reminds me of

Possibly smashing up a commercial fridge might be quite expensive for the programme to replace, plus the glass might not have smashed, whereas all the shelves etc would have been special easy to break prop glass.
Considering all the out of context comments about the racist line a couple of days ago, I thought nobody here actually watched it and were commenting second hand, Daily Mail style.
Anyone who did watch will know that Pollard has been totally unreasonable since Val died, being horrible to everyone, even demanding that her dog was put down as he didn't need it anymore. The provoked racist line was the latest example of this.

If they don't need their fridge to work, then commercial fridges will be relatively cheap to acquire, as they are so difficult to dispose of.

They obviously don't need it to work, just to be able to prominently display their sponsor's products!

A couple of weeks ago I mentioned the prominent McCain products in the fridge that didn't get smashed up in the shop, now tonight we've had 2 prominent appearances of the bus with a big McCain advert on the side. it's been around for the past year or so now, obviously there's no other adverts on buses in that part of West Yorkshire!
