Creskeld was 'extended' with a fake section, which was destroyed in the fire where Roy Glover died, so they have set fire to it in the past.

So it seems like they've stopped using Creskeld after all, I can't say I blame them, as it'll cost less, be more convinent for filming scenes at, not to mention, they can actually make changes to the building itself now.
