"London Underground is sorry to have to announce that further contracts for Miss Clarke are experiencing severe delays," a TfL spokesman told the Evening Standard Monday.

What comedians. You'd have thought they'd have seen the funny side!

You're an idiot.

When you are employed to be the voice or face of a company there is generally a clause in the contract indicating you are not at liberty to bring that company into disrepute.

Its a standard clause in a contract.

First phrase would have landed you a 48-hour ban under clause 2.1 on certain other media forums.

And I don't believe she has brought her employer into disrepute. Otherwise you could argue John Cleese did the same for the BBC through Basil Fawlty's anti-American rants.

Yes, but on normal forums it wouldn't. Don't take it so seriously.

John Cleese isn't under contract with TFL/Underground.

And so I'm not allowed to call someone who is CLEARLY feeble minded an idiot?

Political correctness gone mad.

Call me a pedant (you're a pedant) - but what does this have to do with television presentation, exactly?
