It's going to be on ITV4. They've agreed the first three games and are negotiating for the rest of the season.

Just checked, their website is still in place, with it's slim pickings of highlights of matches, typically less that 2mins, gleaned from free social media sources. They must be hoping that they can return to the UK PayTV market at sometime in the future.

Did ITV4 retain highlights to La Liga for the season or was it just for the weeks they had live games?

Just the first 3 weeks, Premier Sport has exclusive rights now, I believe they have an obligation to show many games on FreeSports.
