How are the rights making it to air, is it a streaming platform ?

And with the Dutch and Chinese rights to Eleven Sports..
.. Another two departing from Sky Sports.

Unless they are overreaching themselves, and they nosedive head first into crash and burn land - hoovering up all these rights with seemingly ease, is going to worry Sky and BT in three years time when the prem rights come around again.

According to this article, they'll be launching two linear channels, with additional streams as required.

Platforms may 'take note of requests' , but there are a number of reasons why they might not act on them..

FFS. Its like Eurosport's scrap with Sky all over again..

No, Eleven Sports. YOU brought the rights. YOU want the maximum number of eyeballs watching your channels. YOU talk to the platform providers over carriage.

Don't get the viewers to invest their own time and money contacting Sky, BT and Virgin Media to ask to carry channels they care little about, showing leagues (unless you are from those countries) you care little about.

A similar dog is used on the Taiwanese version of ElevenSports that I have seen. It fact its actually bigger on Eleven Sport TW with text added to it down the side of the screen.

Though seemingly by “free”, they mean “if you sign up for a seven day trial”, rather than actually free to air.
