It is surprising they've never moved to ITV3 - especially for a late night repeat - but I think both soaps still get a relatively healthy young audience which skews female, so significantly tick the ITV2 box.

I've thought the same myself, though as you say it does tick some of the ITV2 boxes...surely ITV at night (for example 4am) should be the same as ITV2 when it comes to repeat fees?

Interestingly the Emmerdale omnibus does get shown on ITV3 at 3.40am on Saturday and Monday mornings

It usually comes in Sign Language when its on ITV3, it used to on ITV2, not sure if it still does.

I think every channel has to show a percentage of programming with sign language so if ITV2 aren't sowing the signed Emmerdale they'll be ticking that box some other way (probably with Corrie).
