Anyone ever won any rare/odd/obscure television merchandise on Ebay?
I once bid on a Granada Television ashtray (clear glass 'angled dish' type with the 'GRANADA / G' lettering and logo (the same way it was used onscreen) in red at the bottom of it).
No idea how old it was, but I thought it was an interesting find. Sadly I wasn't the only person competing heavily for it and someone else won it with seconds to go.

I'm tempted.
Could well be genuine - they did exsist on film, although the fact that he had to add leader to it makes me suspect it was chopped off the front of a programme and the original leader spliced back onto the programe.
I've got something interesting back at my parents which was retrieved out of a Thames TV bin.... might put it up for sale at some point
I wonder whether anyone will sell me one of those britain on the move t-shirts that have been shown for the last couple of days on itv1 and news buletins
they look so much coller than the telethon tshirts i remember from many years back
Doesn't stop people from selling it at a ridiculously high price on eBay, though.
