Wow. Great first episode.
Kevin and Shirley are Great with each other and he was quite violent. Still she has no excuse for leaving and her return has been quite random.

Best episode for months. The funeral much better than the death.Great start to the year for EastEnders.
And yes EastEnders is filmed at the Elstree Centre

Anyway, the episodes were quite good, although far too much time spent on Shirley and co. The episodes should have been dedicated purely on Pauline and the funeral but I guess there wasn't much more they could do with it. I was wondering why I enjoyed the episodes and then saw who was writing them.
Wonder if they can keep the quality up for the following episodes.
