Tonight's episode (literally) was absolutely AWFUL. Welcome to random characters week. Whilst we had confusing storylines at the WCCT weekend (which was extremely poor acting and farcical) we also had strange and yet more random characters. Back in Wlaford we have two more mysterious faces (boring faces) to whom we are supposed to be interested? The constant trailing of these two men today was ridiculous...I think I may just have to quit this soap soon...

The whole Jane / Ian stuff was the highlight. Brilliantly played . Watching Ian squirm and Jane dropping hints about him being a playboy.It wouldn't have been half as amusing if she'd have just gone in there all guns blazing. If he was any sort of a man he would have just come clean but still he was desperate to hang on to the facard even if it meant upsetting Jane , just to impress the bigwigs.

i also found the stuff at the WCCT pretty amusing and well played. The sooner they get rid of Ruby however, the better.
Btw, this whole "I've just sat through an episode of EastEnders but hated every minute of it and thought i'd post on how terrible it all was!!!" is getting boring now folks.

The scenes with Jane and Ian were fun and Siobhan Redmond's cameo has been a nice treat.

It's supposed to be a soap, not panto. It's become incredulous lately I don't understand how you can sing praises. ''Funny'' isn't the word, it's cringeworthy. I feel sorry for Adam Woodyatt.
And Luke, yet again sticking your oar in aren't you? This thread would be 'boring' if all we had was the likes of Banks 'sucking up' to every episode, which is fine and makes interesting reading, but not everyone believes Eastenders is as fantastic as it was in its heyday. You're also indirectly calling me boring so...out you go.
