Fantastic Episode.
Kevin and Denise are Great,They just work so well together,I guess the 'GET OUT' is something to do with her ex Could be a juicy storyline..
I Hope Grant/Courtney/Carla all come back sometime soon,I've loved all three since they arrived.Also its Great to see EastEnders flying the England flag so much in each episode

Tonights episode - far fetched to say the least.
I'll keep it short... which is exactly as the storylines went....
- Kevin Wicks "accidently" splashing coffee into his eye to make Denise laugh - (it was probably meant to be sarcastic but I didn't see it).
- The impecible timing of Carla walking back into The Vic after she ran away from Grant after he didn't give her the money anyway and fuddle duddle doo dar dey...Peggy slapping her when she YET AGAIN showed her face back in the Vic after Grant left... oh it was all a mess of complete farsses.
- The abuse of using 'Julia's theme' as Grant left via the airport escalator for the second time in 8 years.
Lazy writing still continues I'm afraid. Just using material from old scripts obviously doesn't work. EASTENDERS CAN NO LONGER DO COMEDY. I may as well have gone to the circus tonight.

I know what you mean, I'm still watching EastEnders, but the drivel it's been spewing out on and off since Louise Berridge took control is amazing!
The whole Grant coming back, Grant & Jane and also Grant & Carla storylines bored me, in my view they would have been better leaving Grant in Rio.
I'm not saying Kate Harwood hasn't given us some good storylines, but EastEnders isn't a patch on what it was under Matthew Robinson's or John Yorke's era.
Since the Slaters arrived and for a long time after that, there were continually hard hitting and dramatic storylines, all based around that family, but we've not had anything like that for ages.
I think that there's still a lot of room for improvement.

I must admit I did laugh at Peggy when she put her hand in the ice bucket after slapping Carla. Overall though yet another dull, dull episode. I note that that the show slipped back to under 8 million last Friday. Mind you, Emmerdale slipped back to under 6 million, maybe the soap bubble has finally burst?

All soaps have been getting under 8 million.......Noway was that Episode "Dull",If you thought it was,I'd love to know what you watch week in week out..
Stacys mom "Jean" is back this week i hope shes fulltime,The last storyline her and stacy did won EE the bafta i reckon.

It may help - and I strongly emphasise the word "help" here - if EE used their stunt co-ordinator again (if they have one!) and do what Emmerdale did with the plane crash thing. Look how that completely changed everything about the soap. Maybe 'The Great Fire of Walford'.

I would like to see something dramatic happen in EastEnders, using stunt teams, special effects ect. Maybe EE could go for something different, the current storyline in Neighbours of the 'Evil Twin' is excellent, im watching at Aussie pace and last week was one of the best weeks of Neighbours ive seen.
We need a massive storyline that will grab the public. Weve had the Gansta Era if you like, lets move on to something mysterious - keeps viewers guessing.
Id love Chrissy to escape from prision and and bomb the Queen Vic
