Because you more or less admitted that the only reason you hate EastEnders is because you have to pay for it.

I was talking to a few members from this forum on msn the other day and most of the people all got this same idea.We think that because you can't stay away from EastEnders (Even though you hate it) you really do like the episodes you watch like many others but are scared of saying so,Because you'd be known as "Banks" or along theses lines

Gosh, what fascinating conversations they must have, discussing whether somebody really loves EastEnders or not.

Yes i did talk to him on MSN, and if memory serves me right i also spoke to you on MSN, not about that though.

There are hardcore members of EE and hardcore members of Corrie. If a EE fan praises an episode of EE they are branded as, well awful things. When a Corrie fan praises a Corrie episode, they ejaculate quicker then i can.

I personally don't get my rifile out at the hardcore Corrie fans like Jez, Nok, CashinDavid ect because they praise Coronation.

But if myself, or Banks say "it was a good episode" we get treated as we have no taste blah blah blah.

I feel now that some people may not say they like EE in general because they fear of being branded the new Banks.

Im not as extreme as Banks though. Gosh this has got to be one of my biggest rants ever. And yes i expect to get a slap by loads of people for saying this, but hey its what im thinking.

It's your opinion. I don't think I've ever attacked you or Banks for having an opinion. I just tend to disagree with it. God knows I've praised EastEnders in the past but it's not been a common occurrence because it really hasn't deserved any praise for a good while now. But even recently, I have said I've enjoyed certain parts - most notably the Stella storyline.

I don't know why you think I'm a 'hardcore Corrie fan'. Yes, I am a fan but I've also criticised the show in the thread many times and I'm sure several people will back that up.

Oh please. You're the biggest hypocrite of them all. You'll happily attack people for posting in here even though they say they watch very little of, if any, EastEnders - yet recently you've been posting in the Coronation Street thread despite saying several times that you don't watch - nor like - the show.
