Well if you don't like the show, don't come into the thread.I don't like certain shows like Soapstar Superstar so i take no part what so ever in the thread.
And if "mindless waffles" giving my view on a show me and clearly many others enjoy is a crime then i feel this forum might as well be closed down.
Banks is missing the point, this is a discussion forum, some will like a programme others will not, but both are entitled to enter the thread and discuss, a concept that seems to be alien to you.

Oh no I'm not missing the point here,I like people having a discussion about the show but calling me a child because I'm joining in on one.

I don't want to come into this thread. I want an EastEnders thread that you won't participate in.
I would like not to have to pick you up for each of the ludicrous comments you make. It all gets quite unpleasant, and I don't want it to come across that I'm seeking you out to pick on you.
But some of the garbage you post just can't go unchallenged. If nothing else then you should know what people think when they read your scribbles. I'm usually slack-jawed in exasperation.
I have no such problem in the other threads. Just this one.
As unconventional as it might be; I honestly believe we should have two different EE threads here.
I respect the mods decision to merge them, and hope that they will offer some leniency towards me when I have to tell you repeatedly that you are a bit of a fool.
It looks like we're both stuck in this thread, kiddo.
And? Coronation Street averaged higher than that on Monday. Of course I feel the need to point this out because you posted false information on the ratings on another page which MediaGuardian proved false.

You mean last Monday? I get the ratings from Ds as do you and Andrew wasn't down to me.
I'm just proving what a hit this storyline is with the fans
Me? Go on i really want you to explain that one,I've done nothing wrong yet you have an outburst because you have clear hate for me and the show
Gavin has pretty much stated my feelings. I'm sick to death of you to be honest and having to explain all the time becomes a bore. At least you've decided to get rid of your signature - thats hardly a good example of being adult like. I don't want to pick on you either but you treat this thread like its your throne and its irritating. Please understand our views.

I only post the ratings when I make sure they're posted by either one of two reliable sources. You posted the ratings which had come from a member who had joined the day before, just because you were probably clapping your hands in glee over EastEnders beating Coronation Street - of course it hadn't, but there you go.

EastEnders had beaten Corrie before so yes i and many other believed the ratings when they we're posted,I don't care if EastEnders beat Corrie in the ratings on any day,I just like seeing the show moving forward

So why don't you move forward with it? Off you go, pointless entity. Oh and before you do disappear, change the sub title of the thread. We know Martin ''won't let Sonia back in'', whatever that means...she's been charged with murder you fool!
How more annoying can this Martin/Sonia/Pauline's popped it storyline get?
Firstly, acting's finest policeman seems to be unaware this isn't in fact stage acting and thus no need to shout every line and walk around with particular empathises for no real reason.
Next, Lanky Martin isn't exactly a bastion for pathos. He is incredibly inane and I'm still wondering what the hell his purpose is. He just seems to run around, shout and then look slightly sad. Day after day after day.
Meanwhile, fish wife Sonia seems to be the next Ronnie Biggs whilst Mitchell comes to the rescue with the criminal underworld. a) Have any of these script writers, for one second, actually viewed criminal justice in action? It truly is soapland.
But why should soapland be
so
crap?
I really would argue continual use of two shot and shot dialogue does not amount to a show worthy of prime time BBC One. Entertaining it certainly is. The Stacey storyline just borders on the verge of being repulsive and again, completely abnormal. Having repetitive sound effects of non-existent trains and 'banter' seems to fill an otherwise lifeless dialogue. And, incidentally, I was always told it's rather unhealthy to live with ash (all the time) and yet Martin continue to live in the house of a thousand fires.
So, you're left wondering whether this is a true reflection of our society. Well, I've yet to see a 12 year old, living in a burnt out wreck, with a slightly unhinged whale move in next door to me. Ok, seriously for a moment. Mother's abandoning children, ok. Daughter in-law caving in head of mother in-law and then running around aimlessly after a hot line to God and then talking to Damian mark 2 in 'that' tone, slightly off the mark. But, and it mustn't stop there, oh no, we reserve first place for the sex-fest / carry on-esk situation unfolding between Max, Bradley (Ginger banker. No pun, honestly) and that hairdresser who seems to live in one dress. It borders upon the absurd to see such stories, which last time I checked appeared once an issue in Take A Break or what-ever it happens to be.
The only storyline worthy of a mention is the mother's being in the prison playing a bad girl one, although that's hardly mindblowingly witty. I really am annoyed to see a continual, and I've been saying for this well over twelve months, tidal wave of tripe. Characterisation seems suitable for a Disney storyline whilst acting ability, particularly lanky and two ton tess, is definitely void. I find myself again drawing this rather crucial point of script writing. It really is dire.
So Sonia's running away and Shaun's been suspended. Let's just hope she isn't caught and he is. For all our sakes.
