Ah well of course, there is a connection here. How long before the Eastenders producers write a scene whereby Peggys bra pops off and flys over the bar in the Queen Vic and on to Jim Brannings bald head ?

One thing I don't understand...if it's been 21 years today or yesterday, why on Eastender's 15th birthday, did they have a special programme with Jonathan Ross in August 2001???

Because the 15th birthday was February 2000 (with the gas leak in the square and everyone locked in the Vic). August 2001 was when the programme went four days a week (with Mel being kidnapped by Dan). The special programme was to celebrate that (going four days a week, not Mel being kidnapped Smile .
