It's ironic that since losing what the producers seemed to consider the biggest stars - Alfie, Kat & Dennis - the show has come on in leaps and bounds - and that's without the aid of another comeback and/or a particularly major story. I've watched every episode since last Tuesday and I've been pleasantly surprised. The show is the best it's been in years. It's by no means perfect (far from it) but it seems to be in good health. The biggest improvement has been the added injection of humour - humour imo that even rides high above 'Corries' now unfunny, over the top, comic-strip razzmatazz.
I fell asleep earlier (after EE) and for some strange bizarre reason I dreamt about Alfie and Pat sitting on the sofa with the bodies of Nana Moon and Barry's coffin! The show then finished to 'Julia's Theme'. I nearly came on here after I woke up to moan about it.

The Breakfast team from the Queen Vic. Well, it'll be an improvement of the current sofa!
You know, I have never understood why 21 years is said to be such a milestone. 20 seems more appropriate, but 21 to me is just a random number. Very odd.
Is it really a year since Dirty Den was bumped off? Doesn't time fly?
Gutted, if someone had told me about that earlier, instead of the actual morning, since I don't go online on mornings. How was it? Who presented live from AS?
