Can't get over the fact everyone at the Fowlers was concerned about Sharon leaving. Rolling Eyes

I liked the way Dennis and Dot were able to share one final conversation, because they have had a very special friendship during Dot's health problems this/last(?) year.
Dennis' stabbing was pretty subtle, I had to rewind to see how he got the huge blood stain. Really, really good episode. Did anybody see how Phil simply stood where he was during the final shot of the square?

Yes I noticed that too. It is because Phil is nothing but a cold-hearted so and so - he didn't really care about Dennis as long as Johnny was sorted out.

I'm about to head off soon for a New Years party, so can I just wish everyone at TV Forum - A HAPPY NEW YEAR Very Happy

See you in 2006!

Oh well, looks like I didn't miss much on Wednesday.

I don't think you did either, being as though there wasn't actually an episode on Wednesday.

EDIT: I stand corrected! Embarassed

Sorry! Just looked it up in the Radio Times. Why have they broadcast an episode on Wednesday this week. I don't want even more of this tripe, which it is IMHO.

Rolling Eyes

Enders was fantastic on Friday, it's great to see that it's finally turned the corner.

What were the ratings like for Friday? If it didn't get 11 million on the overnights I'll be disappointed because it was one of the great EastEnders episodes of the year along with the war episode with Alfie and Nana Moon.

I'm guessing that Johnny used the phone in his hand while he was still conscious to tell one of his heavymen to finish Dennis off? Either that or Dennis' killer was ready to pounce on him if he was still on the square at midnight.

Interesting that it wasn't immediately evident Dennis had been struck; walking through the crowds of people, it looked as though he did nothing more than bump past a fellow as he was on his way out - then of course, the severe wound was revealed.

What, exactly, did he mean by "we did it"?

This is stupid, but is it possible that Johnny caught Phil on the camera phone?

Oh i'm rubbing my hands looking for the continuity flaws throughout this storyline! Razz

Wasn't it just that he used the phone to call the hit man? Or am I missing some major plot here.

Oh the excitement. Really.
