Whatever.

My origional reply was actually your cue to shut up. Better late than never.

Getting back on track, I think EastEnders is now much improved. Whereas before it was just something I watched if nothing else was on, the story lines actually create compulsive viewing, drawing you back night after night. Shane Richies acting I thought has also been superb over the past few weeks. And as for Johnny, the writers give him some of the best lines possible.

Yeh Eastenders has hit back at the tabloids which criticised it and has come back as an excellent soap.

Tonight saw some great acting from Natalie Cassidy and James Alexandrou. Cringeworthy but cute was Alfie's 'America Box.'

There was an interview with Shane Richie in the sun saying he regrets quitting EastEnders now and he hopes he can return sometime soon Very Happy

Could someone tell me how you do spolier tags?

A rather unexpected CGI shot at the end of EastEnders with some not terribly convincing snow, and a cityscape beyond the Square. About as unexpected as a happy ending to an EastEnders Christmas Day episode, in fact.

The continuity was bad throughout the whole episode again. Shame. Sorry I keep rambling about it but thats the biggest problem.

It was nice to have a feel good Christmas edition of Enders instead of the normal doom and gloom. It was a lot more slower paced then recent years too. And I can't believe they got away with the line "I like my bird moist!" Shocked Laughing

According to reports on News 24, EastEnders was the most watched single programme on Christmas Day.

Apparently, according to the latest info I have...

Phil phones Grant after being threatened by Johnny with a gun. Phil flees the square to join Grant in Brazil, only for Grant to return 2 weeks later to protect mum Peggy and finally sort out Johnny and somehow Danny Moon gets caught in the crossfire and ends up... killed off! Danny Moon returns apparently in February to help out Jake who is in a spot of trouble. Johnny discovers the truth in the New Year about Phil's involvement with Ruby and Juley and isn't best pleased. Johnny, after a few harsh words from Phil, threatens to kill Phil unless he leaves the square
