Yes I loved tonight's episode and probably the best since Grant and Phil came back. I particularly loved the scene when Grant barged into the club and thumped poor Jake Moon and head butted Johnny with Phil deciding 'let's do it your way Grant'. Brilliant stuff Very Happy

Was it just me or were the punches to Johnny really poorly timed by the actors (or were they stunt men)?

It was remarkably unconvincing to me - unlike the apparent thump Jake took.

I thought Grant was meant to hump Johnny last week

Yes I agree Jakes thump was very convincing but Johnny's seemed poorly acted, especially when Phil punched him, that was the most unconvincing punch I've ever seen in a soap, lol.
But Grant did well tonight I thought and I saw echos of Grant's temper of the 90's in tonight's episode.

Perhaps that's an explanation to why it looked so poor.

Does that even follow logic? Violence can be shown, provided it's done by first year drama students?

Tonight's episode was AMAZING?

Sharon's punch a topper!! Thank god Chrissie's behind bars. What's going to happen to Jake? Is he going to go down too or just randomly disappear? It's not going to be Ian that ends up behind the Vic either!!

AIUI - Chrisse goes down the slammer for Muder and Sam for excessory to Muder.
Ian loses the Vic as it was never Chrisse's to sell in the first place and Jake's done for Aiding and abetting.

Happy days. and staying with the cheery theme, on Friday Alfie and Nana begin the, and excuse the pun, long and winding road to death.

Indeed.

It goes to Sharon, as Den's closest relative, who isn't guilty of a crime. Sharon then sells it to the Mitchells, according to the BBC press releases.
