According to a few dog sniffing friends, The Eastenders: Den who dun it? Story is set to continue. Chrisse and Lover Jake apparently attempt to escape the country but are stopped by police at the airport.
The Sun ran this, apparently.

Well, what a week in Walford. The highlight definitley being the funeral of Den, Peggy pushing Chrissie into the grave was classic. I enjoyed tonights episode as well, Chrissie's guard is falling and it's only a matter of time before she is found out. I really dislike Jake, he just seems to be in the way and involved in a storyline which he shouldn't be involved in, he's just there, getting cosy in the vic and running it as if he owns half of it or something. Is it just me?

Quote for the week ahead guys, "Je suis narked off, yeah?"
Mickeys set for a week that will rock his world, following a visit to France to see his long lost sister, Dawn, his parentage is brought into question. So who's the daddy?
*He bares an uncanny resembalance to DC Jim Carver*
Looks like another good week then.

Well Emmerdale has managed to beat EastEnders yet again this week, however I notice BBC3 has benefited from this latest battle with more viewers then usual tuning in to get their Enders fix. If you add to this to the tight battle on Tuesday night, it does prove that the viewers are beginning to return to the soap, obviously not as quickly as the BBC would want but I can see an upward path now.
Thursday night was a different story all together, as we all knew Peggy was going to push Chrissie into the grave so I suppose it seem more logical to say goodbye to Zoe in Emmerdale and catch up with the shenanigans later on BBC3. Why do the papers and the trashy TV mags have to spoil things for us... a few clues as to what is to happening is fine but I personally don't want to know the whole plot!
At least the storylines are building up at a greater pace now although I think next week's episodes will let them down as most of us don't really give a stuff about Thicky Mickey or Gormless Gus and as for writing his brother back in... let's hope they decide to stay in France with Minty and Garry and never return.

Have Grant and Dennis been linked in the past? Seems odd to return then attack somebody you've never met.

It has been confirmed in The Mirror magazine today that upon his return to the Square, Grant gets involved in a fight with Dennis and beats him up with a chair. Also Grant will be returning next year. I can't wait for this

I looked in the back of the TV Guide and it says something about Chrissie. Now do you think she will confess to what happened? orwill it be something else?

Appartantly Grant is only back for two weeks: according to the woman who does the soap info on This Morning.

No, they've never even met. The only thing I can think of why Grant would attack Dennis is cos of his involvement with what happened to Phil.
