Discussion of tonights episode can commence after it has aired on BBC One.
Sorry about that, I was bringing the thread forward on account of last nights episode, but I don't want people to think I was telling them what to do. So for those who wish to comment on the episodes I will bring this thread back forward when the episode airs.
Last nights episode was ok, but not brilliant, I decided to watch Emmerdale instead, and watched EastEnders after because I taped it. But it was still a good episode, if not a little bit average. Johnny Allen wasn't very big, just going round telling people to pick up litter or 'I was brought up round here.' Overall, 6.8 million viewers only shows that people aren't entirly interested yet, still being beaten by Emmerdale which wouldn't have been heard of a few years ago.
Dirty Den is to meet his maker next month on EastEnders, but his corpse will be hidden beneath the cellar in the Queen Vic, The Sun claims today.
The shocking twist will allow Den to haunt Albert Square residents forever, and there have even been rumours that he could come back from the dead yet again, this time, as a ghost.
An insider told the newspaper, "Although Den is killed, he will never truly leave the Square because of where he is buried."
Recent rumours suggest that Chrissie Watts, Sam Mitchell and Zoe Slater team up to get revenge on Den, in scenes to be screened next month.
Leslie Grantham has just finished filming his exit, and nobody knows that Dens body is under the Vic except the killer.
Who Den it?
Zoe Slater - 4/7
Den blackmailed her into sleeping with him.
Chrissie Watts - 6/4
May have had enough of Love Rat hubby.
Sam Mitchell - 5/1
Tough business-woman wants Queen Vic back.
Dennis Rickamn - 8/1
Would snap over dad's fling with his girl Zoe, and this week walks in on them sleeping together.
Alfie Moon - 20/1
Kicked out of the Queen Vic. Is he plotting murder?
Pauline Fowler - 100/1
Still bitter he fathered grand-daughter Vicki.
I know this has already been posted, so I won't go into detail, but I'm shocked that Kathleen left, the soap has been finally getting back on track, apparently being the highest rated show of the week so far, though I find this hard to believe, but has been good and getting better by the sounds of it. Greta that Tony Yorke is taking over again, he was executive producer from 1999 to mid 2001, probably one of the greatest points in EastEnders history.
Anyway, tonights episode is pick of the day in many papers, Billy gets jealous, can't wait!
I am surprised with her sudden axing as Enders has really turned around in the last week. For the first time in yonks I've actually been captivated throughout and have looked forward to the next episode. Saying that the sudden re-writing is painfully obvious.
It's great that Peggy is now returning, and of course Kat is winging her way back too. I do think they could have hung on to Den a bit longer to build up a proper hate storyline. It seems he's turned nasty overnight.
Most the crap actors have now been axed, just need to get rid of the awful Millers and we will be back on target.
