This time it appears genuine and a sure fire thing that Ross Kemp will be returning to EastEnders as Kemp has confirmed this himself and so has the BBC. I'm a bit disapointed though that Kemp is not returning full time, but in January 2006 he may be returning again for 4 months.

From Inside Soap:

Quote:
Salsa fever hit Albert Square, with many of the residents getting glammed up and shaking their stuff to the Latin beat. And Billy's dancing skills could just win him back a place in Little Mo's affections.

A new nurse, Naomi (Imogen Bailey), will be joining the residents of Walford later this summer. She's a lively friend of Sonia Fowler who needs somewhere to live, and soon starts tongues wagging with some of her ideas of fun.

The eldest daughter of the Miller clan, Dawn, will arrive on the Square in unexpected circumstances. She's as mouthy and loyal as the rest of her family, so expect major fireworks.

Kat's got a battle on her hands, if wants Alfie back as he's torn between Kat & Little Mo

Zoe plans to head off into the sunset.

As Zoe exits, her former flame, Dennis Rickman, makes a shock return, with long-term lover Sharon Watts.

Jake and Danny take revenge on Johnny after he steals a business idea. They set fire to his house.

It looks like it's going to be an eventful Summer on EastEnders!

Mmmmm, posted on Digital Spy, not really that eventful, though some of the stuff sounds good.

I think EastEnders has been spot on this week so far, not overly fantastic but at least it has some decent cliffhangers.

Unfortunately the continuity problem hasn't got much better. How did Kat suddenly leave prison the minute Big Mo turned up?

She was released into a probation hostel after serving half of her sentence.

Nice to see Bloody Big Mo with a plotline of her own for a change.

Zoe's Exit Story Revealed:

Quote:
Zoe Slater leaves Albert Square after her family find out the truth about her affair with Dirty Den, according to The Mirror today.

When ex-boyfriend Dennis Rickman, played by Nigel Harman, returns to the Square, he is shocked to discover that Zoe has lied about the reasons behind their split.

Zoe then admits that she slept with Dirty Den to a packed Queen Vic.

"She leaves because she can't stand everyone knowing what she did in order to persuade Dennis not to leave her," an insider told the newspaper. "It is truly gripping stuff and there won't be a dry eye in the house on the night."

Michelle Ryan, who plays Zoe, filmed her final scenes earlier this month. In her final episode, Zoe decides to start a new life in Ibiza.

Well, sounds like a good story, and I will be sad to see her go. But at least Kat's back! Last nights episode was fantatsic and the looks on Alfie's and Little Mo's faces were classic. Though I was really frustrated throughout the episode at how kat came close to meeting the family but either missed them or decided to leave. But overall, brilliant episode! Very Happy

Well, another continuity fault in tonights episode....

Kat returns and there is shot outside the Vic. - Pure daylight.

Next thing, Alfie and Kat are in the bar having a drink and "the guys want to lock up", Not to mention it is now pitch black outside. Confused

Now TV Forum is "back in the room" I would like say that EastEnders has been fantastic this week, much better scripts both witty and dramatic. We also got that sad theme at the end of Friday's show, although I must admit I don't really think I will miss Zoe that much. Far to much shouting for my liking.

Let's hope Enders doesn't rest on their laurels and continue with the pace it set last week. Am I right to think it's Peggy coming back next?

I hate Sharon. Can't say Letitia Dean is a good actress either, but I've said that before. Rolling Eyes

It was nice to hear 'Julia's theme' again on Friday - always makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.
