I had to laugh on Friday when we saw Bobby attacking Jane with the hockey stick, with blood splattering all over the weddign cake... then we cut to Bobby with a very clean hockey stick. Of course blood had magically appeared there by the start of Monday's episode.

It will be interesting how they resolve this one. In theory: Bobby confesses, goes down/whatever they do to kids, Max is released (as Jake Wood's year off is nearly up) and that brings on a new storyline of him getting his revenge.
Except it's not as easy as that, as half the cast will be implicated in various ways for covering up the original murder, lying to the police and even in Jane's case lying under oath. There isn't really a satisfactory or even vaguely realistic way to resolve it.
