I don't get why Lance didn't just call the ambulance when Trina was injuried instead of leaving the body and trying to set up like she's OD on crack with a throat injury and a bloody fork on the wall

They've made the new Sam very unlikeable and Daniella really isn't a convincing actress anymore.
I hope in a few years Kim Medcalf will be happy to come back as Sam but whether EE will want to make out that they made a mistake in bringing Daniella back I don't know.
What's the point of bringing the character back for a few months, if they're going to go off again?
It's as bad as bringing in Lettita Dean, for her to bugger off & do panto after a short period of time!
By the way, bearing in mind the other Fowler children were recast over the years, why was Michelle never recast, if Sue Tully had no intention of coming back to the show? (They asked her a few times over the years, didn't they?)

Maybe (dare I say this!) EastEnders want to have a remotely believable storyline where Sam gets banged up for a few years, allowing her character to properly return (with Danniella or whoever as actress) at some point in the future?
Watched EE tonight on Prime for the first time in months. It was the episode where Sam Butcher (or Mitchell or whatever her name is) was trying to escape to Brazil but was caught by the cops and arrested in Walford Tube Station, blah, blah, blah..........I am sure you all know the episode.
Can I just be very blunt?
EE Production team - what a load of complete and utter effing crap this was!! The entire storyline and every single performance in the entire episode (apart from Patsy Palmer) was ridiculously hideous.
The actress playing Sam cannot act. Her performance was elementary school drama nonsense and it was criminal putting it forward as credible. No wonder she is being axed.
You need to pull this utter sh[te out of the gutter and start again.
Even die-hard loyal EE fans on this forum would struggle to dispute my comments above.
Ricky went out to Brazil to give Sam money, in return Ricky would get a job at 'The Arches'. Unfortunately being as gullible and stupid as he is he decided to bring her back to London because she 'missed it there'. Therefore Ricky did not get his job!
