Has anyone seen the rather eerie promo for next week's Wedding?

Peggy Promo!

It's good....but is it me, or what's the whole point in the Archie thing? He's far from a villain....

I think you're right the whole Archie/Peggy thing has been much more subtle then that. Making her change the way she dresses etc. in small ways. It;'s not as though he is about to kill her, although the trail doesn't hint at that it does seem alot darker than what has been happening in a way.

The trailer's been a lot more explicit than the storyline itself. Like you say, Archie's 'control' has been quite subtle - in fact the only person who seemed to notice was Pat and even she seems to have changed her tune. And now Ronnie's warming to him again - it's a shame they didn't have more friction with some of the characters warning Peggy, instead of having them all play happy families.

If Peggy does 'work out' what he's doing it will lack the dramatic impact because of all these elements.

Also I'm confused as to why this plot being used for the trailer - I thought the main event during the weddings would be the climax of the Ronnie/Danielle arc...

Im confused as to why he is controlling and to what the outcome will be, it's a cr*p storyline.

Messy ending to a story line that seemed to drag on forever. Nothing accually said she was definatly dead but she probably is.
