Is the 'TV Theme Tune Channel' that Nurse Gladys Emanuel was watching in tonights episode available outside Walford?

It looked(sounded) quite good.

The schedule included the Quantum Leap Theme (extended version), Murder she Wrote Theme as well as two others that I couldn't identify. Is it from the same people who make the Children's Theme Tune channel that Simon Barlow was watching in Weatherfield a few months ago?
