I think you're the only one. Can't stand them myself. I see them similar to the Ferreria's myself which were dull and lifeless.
Although i do like the woman who was also in that crap Jasper Carrott comedy on Friday nights.

The opening is OK as it is, if they remade it with better pictures from today it would show how dingy the East End really is. The Masoods (as someone has mentioned) are just a remake of the previous asian/indian family who started up the Argy Bargy (sp?). I don't really like them that much as they are acting as they think everyone else acts like, which makes them look stupid. The other family never fitted in niether and were written out within a year.

Eh? That closed years ago and became the Argee Bahjeee (possibly the WORST restaurant name/play on words ever).
The Masoods are carbon copies of every other nasty/spiteful/agressive family to have come through the square in the last decade.
No wonder they "fit right in", according to a poster here.

What ever happened to the di Marco's Italian on Bridge Street? Seems to have dissappeared as it's not been mentioned/visited for a while!

Haha, typical EE then, not even remembering their new characters names now? jee.
I don't watch EE anymore but I saw a bit the other night and I must congratulate the scriptwriting team on remembering that Jim Branning was not appearing at the dinner table with Dot.
Unless of course John Bardon was written out when he had his stroke anyway, in which case comment invalid.
