I read somewhere, that Billy should remember them well as they used to bully him when they baby sat him. He then bullied Jamie and he was also bullied. Quite a pattern emerging with this family.

What is the link between Billy and Phil and Peggy and co.

...But Billy is in his mid forties whereas they are...late twenties? How could they possibly have babysat him?

I didn't know Bert left us for good I thought he was just taking a break.I will miss him i enjoyed all the storylines he was involved in.

According to the EE site, Billy is Phil's second couisn. The sisters are cousins to Phil and Billy. There is no mention of Ronnie and Roxie's parents on the family tree.

I'm so glad he's gone. With him and Li out of the way, EE can truly begin to get back on its feet. I like pretty much the entire cast.
