Better still Studio 7 itself, but ITV may not want to let that go for long term.

Problem is that in the Winter it would be pitch black for the News Hour and quite dark for much of GMTV Today. While OK for News bulletins, it isn't really ideal for Breakfast TV, which is more associated with bright and sunny backdrops all year round.

Very true, but the studio would still be there and bright, much like This Morning on a dull day, the windows would be dull, but the studio would be bright and lit, though I do understand your point.

Over a month ago now and he is still missed. Will he be good on Sunrise. Who knows. I wonder if Fiona would join him when she leaves

Many thanks for bringing up a thread from a month ago with that amazing output. I'm surprised you haven't mentioned having the Crazy Frog next to Eamonn when he starts Sunrise.

I doubt it cos before GMTV she was working for SKY NEWS and she said she disliked it
I remember someone telling me when she finishes next year she will be going freelance

Since Eamonn left both Andrew Castle and Ben Shephard have followed a strict rotation of each doing one week on, one week off.

Notice that Andrew has done the last 2 weeks, and now Ben will do the next 2 weeks, of course so Andrew can go and work on Wimbledon
