E4+1 Getting Replaced?

There's no point to 705 after Big Brother, is there? Even on Sky there are hardly any interactive services on Channel Four, so I will bet you anything that 705 will go to make way for another channel.

And yes, that blue writing is tedious and irritating. Blue biros I can take, but I just don't understand the logic of writing in blue on forums.

Reports last week said that 705 would be kept for future "red button" interactivity on C4.

It was also said Top Up TV's contract with C4 for space on it's mux ends in September, so More 4 could take this slot if the contract is not renewed.

Yes, I heard the same.
Apparently TUTV only have the slot which they used for E4 and others until late 2005 then Channel 4 shall be taking their available slots - one of which will be become More4 and its rumoured that 705 will flourish into channel 4's interactive service.
So by Christmas we should have, Channel 4, E4, More 4 and some Interactive service.
Sounds good to me...

With Eurosport now broadcasting on Top Up TV from 2pm-11pm I think it indicates the Top Up TV stream on the C4 mux will move and replace "Xtraview" on Mux A.

It's now been confirmed C4 have won the Crown Castle slot - a week after E4+1 began using it!

MediaGuardian also tell us ITV are due to launch a revamped version of Men and Motors immeninently on Freeview - one month after it began!

So for once we get the channel first and rumour after?
