E4+1 Getting Replaced?

I've heard than E4+1 is being replaced by More4 later in the year, but I haven't seen any evidence to support the claim. Has anyone else heard anything?

I'd have thought that the Big Brother feed (705) would become More4 - unless C4 have more plans for this service. E4+1 is a bit of a waste of space on Freeview though.

The 700 channels on freeview are for interactive services.
I can not see More 4 turning up there.
More likely to be on Channel 39 or somewhere else in the late 30's.
Maybe by Christmas someone will try and tidy up these freeview channel numbers!

39 is reserved for the new TopUpTV Channel

49 is reserved for that I think you'll find as 39 is now E4+1

erm...they can remove the 705 channel stream and put the same stream onto another lcn...

Yes but it's hardly likely to be 705 stuck out on a limb.

How will it be on a limb if it moved to a different channel number? And that different coloured writing is getting very tedious.

I fail to see how a blue biro can be tedious...
What I am saying re More4 is that it would most likely replace E4+1 on Channel 39. All the 700 range is at present kept for the interactive services.

But the space that 705 is occupying can change to any number...

Then it wouldn't be at 705 then!
