E4 on DTT

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing troubles receiving E4 on DTT (Top Up TV). Tuned in for Friends and i'm getting the 'No Right for this MediaGuard Channel' message. (Thomson DTi2300)

All other TUTV channels are working - even tried rebooting the box and taking the card out! Even tried it on a housemate's box with the same thing happen.

Have they just forgotten to switch it on at 4pm?

You have to tune your box into Channel 32 for an hour for an update before 6pm, not sure what channel after 6pm though.

Thats a bit strange! What kind of update? And why Cartoon Network!?

Is this info widely available in a place that I just haven't seen - or do they expect 'normal' viewers just to guess?

I had a similiar problem with UKTV Food on TUTV on my pace box. I got the message "this channel is not included on your subscription, please contact ONdigital" but i was receiving the other tutv channel's no problem.

Telewest Digital also appeared to be having problems earlier - a message 'You are not authorised to view this channel' (or words to that effect) kept popping up when I tried to access several stations (including Challenge, Sky One and even ITV1). Seems to have sorted itself out now though.

You'll have to be more specific than that!!!

Reboot the box if it does that - it plays up occasionally on mine.
