Just seen a promotion for programming across BBC2 and BBC4. It wasn't clear which programmes were on which channel.

It ended with a slide saying:

------BBC------
TWO | FOUR

Could this strengthen a theory that they are to merge in the near future if BBC3 is to return to linear.

No. It happens with One and Two, same with iPlayer.
Matthew_Fieldhouse, FBC and Ballyboy gave kudos

I think you're looking too much into this.

Possibly. It's just interesting how their content is so similar nowadays.

The slide itself had issues though. Incorrect spacing, and using the BBC ONE font to advertise a programme coming up on BBC TWO and FOUR. It definitely could have been improved.

I really hope that BBC3 returns to linear...but as far as I know BBC1 and BBC2 also do dual promotions

On the subject of wierd BBC4 trails just seen one with the BBC4 logo in bright purple. Looked shockingly bad and was hard to see on many backdrops. (The BBC logo was still in white though)
