Grease for me as well tonight - I have never watched the Joseph show and stuck with Grease from the start. I would prefer Danny to win rather than Anthony - he has already had fame and I think Danny deserves a chance. Im not bothered about who wins out of the girls.

And this must be at least the 3rd time they have shown Grease on ITV1 in this slot in the last few years but I can understand why they are showing it tonight what with the Grease is the Word Final.

Mr Poll, what happened to the "None" option?

I'll opt for Grease live I think, though will record Joseph. I don't particularly cares who wins Joseph - though it is by far the better produced show, but it's gotta be Danny and Susan I think for Grease.


However, it's a relief to here Simon Cowell saying he'll leave the musical reality shows to the BBC!

A much better show tonight from Grease - literally a show, not just a singing competition. However, the crowd were a bit too enthusiastic at times.



One thing though I want to say about both shows - and it's especially noticeable in Joseph - the celebrity audience.

The BBC especially are often guilty of this, filling the audience with the EastEnders cast and Jonathan Ross, robbing genuine fans the opportunity of watching the show live.

Anyone of them would brecool as a Danny and Sandy. Glad i don't gamble as i'd have lost.
I much preferred the movie. It reminded me how we need a more modrn version of Grease.
Anyhoo what we got to look forward to fill this slot next week?

Scooby Doo, Britain's Got Talent and Tiswas next Saturday. Don't know about the week after - I expect ITV will revert to the usual summer movie fillers now.

BBC1 has Jekyll next Saturday at 9pm, with Casualty back in it's 8.10pm slot.
