dr who bbc documentary

a few years ago, there was a bbc4 type documentary about teh composing of the dr who music by the legendary radiophonic worshop. does anyone know if a copy of this programme is available anywhere?

There have been quite a few. Was it a specific doc about the Radiophonic workshop or one of the compiled documentaries about the whole series which included the Radiophonic Workshop?

Sounds like it could be Alchemists Of Sound. It spent a lot of time on Delia Derbyshire and told how the end theme to John Craven's Newsround was the final few seconds of a piece of music created by the noise of bed springs.
