Downunder Tv

Does anybody have any info on this new channel. It is supposed to be being launched this Summer.

And last summer. And the summer before that.

...and when will it be on Freeview?

Probably never, the channel has been mooted for years and a launch has never got off the ground. Though it must only be limited to what it can show, if intends to launch surely?

I doubt this channel will ever become a reality.

http://www.downunder.tv and also a quick Google search suggests they have their Licence from Ofcom.

Have a licence but apparently no funding and are having problems securing secondary rights for the material they want to show.
