The Great House Giveaway is ad funded by Together which explains why it has two sponsors.
Love Island has a number of partnerships with brands, Lucozade is the main sponsor but there is also a clothing sponsor with I Saw it First.
This Morning has segments like food and clothes which are sponsored as well IIRC
The Great House Giveaway has the 4Homes sponsorship and programme specific sponsor bumpers too - though the way it is worded suggests they paid for the programme.

Indeed, I don't believe UEFA actually know how many Champions League sponsors there actually are, globally, across the UEFA area and I believe in some markets individually. (Slight exaggeration I know.....)
The only examples I can think of has been sports coverage.

If I remember correctly, they struggled to sell it to a single sponsor. I think there was speculation that the transition wouldn't go well, which ultimately proved to be incorrect.
I think the first series of Great British Bake Off on Channel 4 had two sponsors, one after the other.

I've watched an episode or two, decent but definitely a daytime show.
It surprises me The Great House Giveaway is tucked away in the 4pm afternoon slot rather than a 8pm slot, although I doubt it'll be getting a second series anytime soon due to Covid!
