All the other channels are fine to watch and play, but BLOCK AND AVOID this channel, they take your answer in your call and text then they pick all the wrong answers and put them on air. Mad

This is the only channel that has this system.

So what you're saying is, if you call a Quiz channel/show which takes live callers, they shouldn't allow any wrong answers to be shared with other viewers?

Sounds like most live quiz shows/channels that I know of. Surely you should vent your frustration towards Quiz Call where there's no logical answer to any of the posers even when the answer has been revealed.

No! Grab A grand take your answer before they put you on air, unlike others.

And there are still stupid people who call these scams.

Merry Christmas.

I just can't believe people will dial £1 calls in the first place, they must be awfully rich already or just plain dumb.

From what I've gathered, the other quiz channels do this, then put the recording of your voice out.

In my opinion it doesn't matter which quiz channel you ring, they're all as bad as each other, and you are either very stupid, or very naive to ring one.

Perhaps a better suggestion would be to give them the wrong answer *until* they put you to air?

That happened once, and the person in question got cut off immediately after saying it. Therefore, winning no money and wasting £1 (or whatever the price was) on a phone call guaranteed to lose (although the phone call should have made him win if he gave the correct answer).

These quiz money making enterprises started with a few channels on Sky. Then Channel 4 crept in with Quiz Call on Freeview. Now ITV1 is taking one during the night. It won't be long before they are peak time viewing and the tv companies wont need to worry about advertisers anymore cos there will always be punters out there willing to throw away their money!
My local MP won't do anything, apparently it is up to Offcom.

Sounds like what my brother was watching round his mates house the other day. He spotted somebody he went to uni with presenting on the channel and said how all the answers were really bizarrely wrong.

Why don't you watch a quiz channel for five minutes and then you will see that what you have gathered is complete rubbish?

It depends on the channel and the time of day. I have won quite a bit on Cash Quiz and Puzzle Time on YooPlay TV which has since closed.
