DOGs again (sigh!) BBC3, how to ask them to get rid?

Hi Folks

Plz help with a (very) little problemmo if poss...

Mylovelywife, a mostly very happy DTT bunnie, complains about the textual junk in the top LHS of her expensive digital TV pic when watching BBC 3 (and, for that matter, others not quite reminisced right now.)

"Ask BBC 3", one thinks, 'cos it's putting crucial peep(s) right off viewing their otherwise ?wonderful stuff.

So, we trawl Beeb's website, going round and round in circles, but nowhere that we can fathom is there an E-mail address (or key-yer-verbals-into interface) to "Complain about it" - hey, i've never been a "Complaining about it" kinda person, moi - please help...

Cool

You sum that up PERFECTLY with the phrase "textual junk".

"Do as you would be done by", as Charles Kingsley would have said!

Hi BBC LDN

Many thankx for this, but they've somehow managed to slide out of being available for business (hey, complaints etc) whilst doing some terribly important re-jig of themselves until future notice!

Erm, no. If you'd actually care to read what's on that page, you'll see that whilst they are indeed making behind the scenes improvements to the complaints process, in the mean time it's business as usual:

At the bottom of www.bbc.co.uk/complaints , the BBC posted:
How can I complain in the meantime?

Please contact our audience services team at BBC Information:

Ring 08700 100 222
Write to BBC Information, PO Box 1922, Glasgow G2 3WT
To make an editorial complaint online please go to Contact Us.

So they haven't "managed to slide out of being available for business - you can complain to your heart's content.

Hi BBC LDN

Many thankx for pointing this out Smile

Sorry, should have explained that i suffer from "fone-o-fobia" and "Royal Maul Impatience Syndrome"!

Reason for outburst was that (eysenck, anyway) it just kinda beggars belief to roll down the e-shutters when near-anybozo can set up an E-maul account in five minutes Rolling Eyes

Is there ANY danger of you writing in anything approaching English in the immediate future?
