A bit more digging reveals Farming Outlook on YTV on Saturday at 9am in Sept 76, and Monday at 12.30 pm in November 78. Likely it was seen on TTT as well at some point. Searching not helped by the fact that both programmes are sometimes abbreviated as Farming in the listings - which was an entirely different BBC1 programme.
