It's The St Johns Ambulance Badge. It used to be on the original TARDIS as well
Why is there a strange badge or something on the TARDIS's right front panel in one of the previous page shots?

Trailer featured Matt + Karen, all, where do you wanna go, then like the promo still, all Weeping Angels and Daleks with Matt + Karen getting separated and Matt fighting off an angel, then ending up on grass again. Bizarre, and didn't reveal much. New logo used, but the old theme, and date for air confirmed.
Air date: EASTER 2010

It's good that it didn't reveal much though, isn't it?

Double header series start I'd have a guess at, on Easter Saturday and Easter Monday following the trailer, with maybe another double header on one of the May holidays, with the series finale immediately before England's opening World Cup match on 12th June. Would fit well.

It did feel like a wasted opportunity as a trailer to be honest. Yeah, confirmation of one enemy returning at the very end, but 99% of it was just filler.
I'm sure in the cinemas in 3D it'll look very impressive. But on a TV it didn't feel very Doctor Who like at all.
...and never mind no sign of a date, not even a series number!

I liked the fact it didn't reveal anything, hopefully the new series will be less likely to blab it's face off than during the RTD era.

There's a difference between revealing and teasing though... they could've very easily put shadows in the vortex of things yet to come, and then you'd have had the "oooo" factor. Instead of "yeah, know about that... know about that... that's nothing new... yup, seen it..."
