Wonder if anyone noticed the TV in the start of the episode was playing classic Doctor Who... it kind of gave away the fact that the Village world wasn't real.
The TV in the frist scene with Amy? That was Bargain Hunt

Could of sworn it was Doctor Who!
I can see why you though that because in this it does look a bit like Baker
The problem with that theme and the one they put on the website is that it's not the theme they use on the actual show. It's clearly an earlier version, it has certain elements missing. I'm not talking about the thunder claps, there's just little nuances in the theme on TV that just aren't there in the track, and i'm massively anal about noticing such things, which is annoying because most people don't care. It's not just Doctor Who that do this, most TV shows/movies when they release a soundtrack release a re-recording or a version of the music that's different in some way.
Was it just me, or was tonight's ending involving bringing him to the present day possibly the most beautiful narrative the show has ever done? Really lovely stuff from Curtis there.

Tonight was a refreshing change, no monsters as such, just a simple story, which I quite enjoyed.
