My point is that the spaceships were all over the place, and the Doc knew exactly how many spaceships there were and how many Daleks were in each. There are other examples from previous episodes, but I can't think of them off the top of my head.

If you're trying to say that I can't do maths, then you're very much mistaken - it's not the point I'm trying to make at all.

this is the doctor who read an entire book in under two seconds in the first episode.

I watched Rose last night - he catches sight of himself in the mirror and says something like "Could have been worse... [but] look at the ears!"

That line of dialogue confused me. It implied that it was the first time he'd seen his Ninth self's reflection since regenerating.

But as he had already swapped his Eighth self's outfit for a new outfit, it's hard to believe that he hadn't already seen himself in, say, the TARDIS Costume Room mirror. Confused

Some of the fans have rationalised that when he looked in the Mirror in ROSE, he had not just re-generated, he had just come from the Time War, where perhaps he used to have long hair and was then tortured or something and had his hair chopped off. Hence why he has short hair and why he noticed his ears more.

Fans invent such tripe sometimes Laughing

The second teaser trailer is now online. It gives nothing away though.

had a look through my tapes of the series - realised that the pig mocked up by the Slitheen in "Aliens of London" was taken to Albion Hospital - the same hospital featured in "The Empty Child". Apologies if anyone's made this point before.

Will be splashing out my next pay packet on a couple of DVDs - recording off an OnD box just doesn't work.

Yes, both episodes used some of the dis-used parts of Cardiff Royal Infirmary as the location for the Albion.

Don't think anyone has mentionned this BUT:-

Next Week's Radio Times - under the casting details for Doctor Who, it mentions both Christopher Ecclestone's name AND DAVID TENNANT'S name too:-

"The Doctor....Christopher Ecclestone
.....David Tennant" Surprised

SO SURELY, David Tennant must be appearing in this week's final episode! So is the Regeneration occuring this Saturday then? This mentionning of 2 actor's names must mean something!

WHAT DO YOU THINK? Confused: Confused: Confused: Confused:

The cover of (I think it's) TV Times this week has both Chris and David on the front, and it says 'the new Doctor Who', or words to that effect.

Surely it'll end with Christopher Eccleston regenerating into David Tennant. Come on, it's pretty predictable stuff!

I'm sure I read that the Christmas specials would be the last episodes that Christopher Eccleston will appear in...There can't be two doctors around at the same time!! I'll be interested to see how the regeneration storyline will work, I doubt it will be as straightforward as you think.
