Watch the things that I mentioned and you'll see what I mean. Something about not being able to occupy the same space at the same time.
What things would those be?
EDIT: To be honest I think the universe (the relevant one) would just collapse. You're taking stuff out of one time period (reducing entropy, which can't happen) and putting them in another one. Then you've got an energy/mass difference between two time periods which can't happen, it's a can of worms.
The lesson - don't go time travelling.

Well, you're not making it up I suppose...

This episode is getting a real slagging on the BBC messageboard, ssying it's too soapy. I'm not really into all the melodrama but it worked tonight. You don't need to beat people over the head with it like RTD does. He keeps saying 'you need the drama' but if the characters are well written you'll care about them. I remember being really sad when D84 died in Robots Of Death and Marcus Scarman was killed by his brother in Pyramids Of Mars.

I was intrigued by the fact that he mentioned that he had family. I always thought that (way back in the days of the first doctor) it was never conclusively proven whether or not Susan was really his granddaughter.
Then again, I suppose there's lots we still don't actually know about him!
Anyway, I liked this episode. The emotion fitted into it, rather than feeling shoehorned in for the sake of it. Next week's looks scary!

Another superb episode! Billie Piper is superb, Christopher Ecclestone was superb and so was the story.
Next week looks great! £60 for a boxset of DVD's sounds expensive I agree. Why not tape it like me and get it for free? Will the BBc repeat this series sometime as I am missing episodes 1 and 5?

the DVD (out on monday) is very plain. The menu is arather snazzy grahpically altyhough it would be nice if the full theme played. Also they seem to be quite pale colourwise, or maybe that's my DVD player. It actually is quite nice, although it makes it look less rich than on TV it makes it seem real and shows how fab the costumes in TEOTW are.
Fathers Day was excellent. The baby's little boot was a bit daring for that time of night mind. Next week's looks rather good.

Who cares about the people on the BBC messageboard - they're mostly simpsons-style comicbook guys anyway 'Erm. Excuse Me. In Ep-is-ode 6AF...'
Anyways, I thought tonights episode was sheer brilliance. I was crying, shaking and stuff at different points during it. The subjects covered were so dark - the idea of going back to witness your own fathers death, seeing it happen, saving him, then having to let him committ suicide... it's no wonder they said that it was a very dark episode.
Anyway, according to the episode titles next week we're going to the timewar?

This weeks episode has proved (to me at least) that if time travel were actually possible to do in real life, it would be
made illegal. Not just because of the possible negative consequences of going back in time and changing history,
but the fact that many people would attempt to abuse it for their own personal (and totally unethical) gain.
