Anyone else think good story but a bit insensitive and irresponsible on the Doctor's part?

The teaser had me assuming that it was Rose's choice, and that the Doctor warned her - not that it would be the first time the Doctor had been insensitive and irresponsible.

Exactly, it's a personality trait he has shown before so nothing new really.

I've looked but there doesn't seem to be any audience figures for the last episode. Has anyone got them please?

i work sat nites so have to watch - and tape (im not paying £60 for a DVD boxset) the eps so why should I have to have a BBC3 DOG? They drop it for Enders and films and serious dramas so why not the BBC's best success story of 2005?

Radical Idea: Record it off BBC1.

Less radical idea - leave the digibox free for housemates to watch whatever they want while I'm out and just inconvenience them at 7pm on a sunday. We only have one aerial and they're addicted to E4 - even though I pay for TUTV...

Any rate, if you're recording it then it'll be like watching through a cabbage, so it's a reasonable trade off.

Are you the kind that might be better suited to the Logo Free TV site?

What a great, moving episode!

I was in floods of tears near the end! Whoever is producing the incidental music has got it spot on.

What a delight to have a programme of such high quality in terms of acting, script, music and direction.

A joy to watch!
Well done to everyone involved!

I'll second that. However the end was very predictable, as soon as he saw the car I knew what he was going to do!

That was a great episode, Eccleston said it was his favourite and I can see why. Billie Piper has been a revelation.
